  19. zoom modes, all the usual drawing tools, including text entry,
  20. polygons, and brushes.  Import/export IFF ILBM files, stretch image
  21. to any size.  Supports large icons, up to 400x400.  Swap/replace one
  22. color with another.  Features appwindow (drop icons into window to
  23. load), click select icons at entry from workbench, and shell entry
  24. with icon to edit as a parameter (especially useful for putting
  25. IconDeluxe in the tools menu).  Does not support 3.0's NewIcons.
